Advisory Board

The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance and institutional counsel in support of BIRDD’s mission and long-term sustainability. It operates in a non-executive, advisory capacity, offering perspective on institutional direction, public standing, and long-term positioning. In this role, the Board contributes, where appropriate, to external relations, partnerships, and resource mobilisation, while executive authority and operational responsibility remain vested in the Executive Director and management team.
