Executive Management

Day-to-day operations and strategic implementation are led by the Executive Director, who serves as the Institute’s chief executive and public representative. The Executive Director is responsible for programme delivery, institutional management, and external relations, and is accountable to the Advisory Board for overall performance and compliance with the Institute’s governance framework. Supported by a small professional management team, the Executive Director exercises authority over operations, staffing, programme execution, and institutional administration. Governance oversight is exercised separately from executive management, ensuring accountability, transparency, and institutional integrity while preserving managerial autonomy.
