THE ASANTEHENE, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has commended the Busia Institute for Rural and Democratic Development (BIRDD) for partnering with the Wesley College of Education in Kumasi to organise the 45^th anniversary of the passing of Dr. K. A. Busia, Ghana’s Prime Minister of the Second Republic between 1969 and 1972.
