Richard Agyei Afranie is the Coordinator for Programmes and External Affairs at the Busia Institute for Rural and Democratic Development, where he leads the development and coordination of programmes, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and the Institute’s external relations.

Richard holds a Certificate in Cultural Diplomacy, International Relations and Global Governance from the Academy for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin, Germany. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in International Relations at the University of Gold Coast.
