Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is a Ghanaian lawyer, parliamentarian and public policy leader. He has served in government and Parliament, with responsibilities in information, communication, housing and national development. His work spans public administration, legislative affairs, political communication and institutional reform. As Chairman of the Board of BIRDD, he provides strategic leadership and supports the Institute’s commitment to rigorous research, democratic education, responsible citizenship and the application of historical knowledge to contemporary governance and national development.
